Section 16
Payment of insurance claim after cancellation of insurer
The amount received for insurance by the insurer dissolved due to cancellation of registration in accordance with section 13, within the period and in the manner specified by the committee, in relation to life insurance, including the bonus as specified by the committee, and in relation to non-life insurance, Damasahi shall take insurance of the principal amount specified by the committee. The person should be returned to the organization or committee.
